Realme Narzo 50i Prime debuts in India, goes on sale on September 22 | Tech Rasta


The Realme Narzo 50i Prime launched in June made its debut in India today. It comes in dark blue and mint green, and comes in two memory options – 3GB/32GB and 4GB/64GB, priced at INR7,999 ($101/€99) and INR8,999 ($114/€112), respectively. It will go on sale on September 23 through Realme’s official website, and mainline channels, but Amazon Prime customers can buy the Narzo 50i Prime from the online retailer starting September 22.

The Realme Narzo 50i Prime is powered by the Unisoc T612 SoC and runs Android 11-based Realme UI R edition out of the box. It’s built around a 6.5″ HD+ LCD with a notch for the 5MP selfie camera. On the back, it has a main camera that uses an 8MP sensor.

The Narzo 50i Prime features a 5,000 mAh battery that can be charged at up to 10W via the microUSB port. The smartphone has a 3.5mm headphone jack and triple card slots (2 SIM + 1 microSD).

That said, Realme has yet to launch a smartphone in India, as tomorrow, Realme will launch the C30 in the Asian country and the GT Neo 3T on September 16. Last Tuesday, Realme launched the Watch 3 Pro and Buds Air 3S TWS earphones and the Realme C33 in India. It’s been a pretty busy month for young brands in this largest market.
