PHILADELPHIA CREAM – Four members of the University of Pennsylvania men’s tennis team completed action at the Intercollegiate ITA All-American Championships in Tulsa, Oklahoma (Today/Yesterday).
On the singles side, hard parikh won five out of two draws spread over three days. Parikh won four games in the pre-qualifying draw against players from Indiana and Auburn, among others, then picked up another victory in the qualifying draw against a player from Florida Gulf Coast (FGCU).
Aditya Gupta closed out his time in the singles side qualifying draw with a consolation console win over another Auburn player.
Somewhere else, Edoardo Graziani and Kevin Zhu each competed in singles, while teaming up in doubles.
The Quakers will return to action this weekend when they host a 19-team Northeast Regional for the ITA from Hecht/Hanlin Tennis Centers, with play taking place Friday through Monday.
